The latest episode of the show begins with Ayaan tending to Faltu’s hair while they hear Dadi, Sumitra, and Sid leave for a puja. Sumitra offers to stay back, but Dadi insists that everyone has to go except for Ayesha. Ayesha stays at home with Amar and Savita, who leaves soon after for an urgent matter. Meanwhile, Ayaan pushes Faltu to practice cricket with him, and after their session, Ayaan leaves for an interview.
Suddenly, Ayesha begins to experience labor pains, and Faltu hears her cries of pain. Despite not being allowed inside the house, Faltu rushes in to help and takes Ayesha to the hospital. There, Ayesha is rushed to the operating theater, and Faltu signs an urgent bond for the operation. As Ayesha undergoes a C-section, Faltu diverts her attention to different topics and helps her calm down. After the procedure, Ayesha gives birth to a healthy baby boy, and Faltu is overwhelmed with emotion.
Ayaan arrives at the hospital and sees Faltu crying, but she assures him that everything is okay. Later, Sumitra, Harsh, and Ayaan visit Ayesha and the baby, but Savita doesn’t say a word to Faltu. Ayaan warns Faltu not to get attached to the baby, as the family may make it difficult for her to see him in the future.
In the upcoming episode, Sid and Tanisha will shock everyone by getting married and coming to the Mittal house. Sumitra welcomes Tanisha into the family, but the others are left in disbelief.
