The episode of “Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin” starts with Satya offering Sai an energy drink. Sai asks Satya if he will marry her, leaving Satya shocked. He advises Sai that Virat loves her deeply and will eventually come back to her. However, Sai does not want Virat to come back and asks Satya to marry her instead. Initially hesitant, Satya agrees to the marriage, explaining that they need someone who doesn’t have any expectations after marriage.
Meanwhile, Virat wakes up and contemplates Sai’s words while Bhavani enters and observes his state. On the other hand, Satya takes Sai to his family and Amba warmly welcomes her. Satya confesses to his family that he wants to marry Sai, but they do not believe him until Sai confirms the news. Amba plans to arrange a grand wedding for them but requests a few changes to Satya’s bedroom to accommodate Sai. However, Sai reveals that she has two children, and only her daughter Savi will stay with them.
Amba rejects Satya and Sai’s marriage proposal, and Satya tries to convince his mother with the help of his grandmother, Gauri, and Maddy, but to no avail. At the Chavan house, Mohit and Karishma believe that Sai can’t do it, while Sonali and Omkar support Sai’s decision. Bhavani is concerned that Sai’s decision will impact the children and doesn’t understand why she’s doing it. Sai leaves after thanking Satya for his help.
In the precap, Bhavani apologizes to Sai on Virat’s behalf, but Sai reveals that she is marrying Satya. Ninad asks Sai to rethink her decision, but she insists on taking her daughter, Savi. However, Ninad refuses to send Savi with her, and the NGO team promises to assist Sai in taking Savi from Chavan Nivas.
