The episode commences with Imlie telling Rudra that they shouldn’t keep the truth hidden for too long. Arto inquires about the truth, and Rudra exits the scene. Imlie reveals that Rudra had requested her to conceal the fact that Kala and Dhairya would be staying with them from their coworkers. Arto becomes perplexed, and Imlie decides that she cannot let Kala suffer the same fate as her own mother. Dhairya refuses to drink water, and Kia questions why they had come here. Rudra explains that Dhairya’s house had burned down, and he would be staying with his mother at Rana Residence for a few days until their employee quarter is ready. Arto attempts to avoid sitting with Dhairya by leaving the room to go to his own.
Devika attempts to stop him, but Imlie assures her that she will handle Arto’s temper. Chini arrives at the house and congratulates Dhairya for being accepted by Rudra and his mother. Chini also reveals that Dhairya is Rudra’s son, which shocks Devika. She reprimands Chini for attempting to disrupt their family despite being punished. Chini argues that Imlie made things right by bringing Kala and Dhairya into the house.
Arto is surprised to learn the truth, and he discovers another torn portion of the photo beneath the sofa. He puts together the parts of the photo and sees that Kala is standing in it. Devika notices this and questions Rudra about his relationship with Kala. She becomes emotional and asks if Chini’s claim that Dhairya is his son is true. Imlie takes Chini out of the house and shuts the door on her face.
Kia inquires as to why Imlie had concealed the truth, and Chini eavesdrops on their conversation through the window. Arto asks Imlie when she learned the truth and why she hadn’t informed him when he confessed his feelings. Imlie explains that she tried to tell him the truth at the party, but she didn’t get the chance. Rudra apologizes to Devika and admits his mistake. Devika leaves, and Chini smirks.
In the upcoming episode, Arto asks Dhairya to leave, but Imlie believes that Rudra should give them their rights. Chini claims that she has finally taken her revenge.
